Ingredients (5-6 servings)
|Rice (uncooked)||480 g|
- Soak rice in water (not included in ingredients) approx. 30 min..
- Drain the water.
- Put rice from (2) and water (600 ml, as listed in the ingredients) in a pot, cover with a lid and set on high heat.
- Bring to a boil and set it on low heat for 10 -12 min.
- Turn off heat and set it aside with lid on for 10 min.
- Open lid and mix thoroughly.
