How to cook rice

Ingredients (5-6 servings)

Rice (uncooked) 480 g
Water 600 ml


  1. Soak rice in water (not included in ingredients) approx. 30 min..
  2. Drain the water.
  3. Put rice from (2) and water (600 ml, as listed in the ingredients) in a pot, cover with a lid and set on high heat.
  4. Bring to a boil and set it on low heat for 10 -12 min.
  5. Turn off heat and set it aside with lid on for 10 min.
  6. Open lid and mix thoroughly.
