Directions

  1. Slice the onions and mushrooms.

When the beef becomes brown, add 【1】 and stir-fry. When the onion becomes soft, add the water and bring it to a boil, then turn down to low heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. Turn off the heat. Add the S&B Tasty Hayashi Rice Sauce Mix by breaking it into pieces, then stir until it is melted. Turn on the heat again and stir as it simmers for 7-8 minutes.
    【Hamburger steak】
    1. Mince the onion and mix with panko.
    2. Add ① and 【A】 to the ground meat, and mix well until the mixture becomes sticky. Divide the mixture into quarters and make each piece into a round shape.
    3. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium low heat, then put ② in and sauté until the surface becomes golden brown. Then, take it out of the pan.
  4. Add 【3】 in the frying pan in which the hamburger steak was cooked. Cook it over medium heat and add the dairy cream to make it thinner.
  5. Turn the browned hamburger steak in 【4】 and bring it to a boil, then turn down to low heat.
Put a lid on the frying pan and simmer for 10 minutes while watching so it will not be scorched.
  6. Sauté vegetables of your choice to complete the dish with garnish.
