Microwave Hayashi Rice

Ingredients (4 servings)

Beef (sliced) 150 g
Onion (sliced) 200 g
Shimeji mushrooms 50 g
Tomato (cut into chunks)
100 g
Water 250 ml
S&B Tasty Hayashi Rice (Gravy Mix) 160g 1/2 pack
Rice (cooked) As needed
Quail egg (boiled) 12


  1. Cut the beef, onion and tomato into the specified size.
    Put the onions, mushrooms and tomatoes in the bottom of a microwave-safe bowl, and top with the beef over the vegetables.
    Add the amount of water and cover the bowl with plastic wrap. Heat on a microwave (600W) for 10 min.
  2. Remove the plastic wrap. Break S&B Tasty Hayashi Rice (Gravy Mix) into pieces and add them to the bowl.
    Mix well until the sauce mix is completely melted.
  3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap again. Microwave (600W) for 3 min, then mix well.
  4. Serve with rice and quail eggs.
