【Sauteed chicken and bell bepper】
Chicken thigh (bite-size pieces) |

Directions
- Cut the egg plant, onion and cabbage into 1cm pieces.
Heat the oil in a pan and stir-fry egg plant, onions and cabbage over high heat for 3 min.
Add the amount of water and bring to a boil. Lower the heat and simmer for 5 min.
- Turn off the heat and break S&B Tasty Hayashi Rice (Gravy Mix) into pieces and add them to the pan.
Stir until the sauce mix is completely melted. Simmer over low heat until thickened.
【Sauteed chicken with bell bepper】
- Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat and add chicken thigh to the pan. Brown both sides until done.
- Add bell peppers and stir-fry together.
- Pour 【2】 over rice. Enjoy with optional toppings and the sauteed chicken and bell pepper.
