【Omelet】

Directions
- Heat the oil in a pan and stir-fry onions until wilted. Add beef and stir-fry well.
- Add the amount of water and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for 20 min.
Turn off the heat and break S&B Tasty Hayashi Rice (Gravy Mix) into pieces and add them to the pan.
Stir until the sauce mix is completely melted. Simmer over low heat until thickened.
【Omelet】
- Whisk together eggs, milk and salt in a bowl.
- For each omelet, melt 5g butter in a skillet.
Add 1/4 of the egg mixture to the pan and scramble eggs until just set and fluffy.
- Place rice on a plate, top with the omelet, and pour 【2】 over.
