Spare ribs | 6 (600 g / 21.2 oz) |

【A】 Rice wine (Sake) | 1 Tbsp |
Soy sauce | 2 Tbsp |
Sugar | 1 Tbsp |
Pepper | Pinch |
Grated ginger | 1 Tbsp |
S&B Sansho | to taste |
Directions
- Mix 【A】 and rub into spare ribs, then leave to sit for about 20 minutes. Preheat oven to 200℃ (390F).
- Cook (1) in oven for 15 minutes. Turn ribs and cook a further 5 minutes. (Cooking time varies depending on size of meat.)
- Sprinkle S&B Sansho over ribs generously.
