Sansho Flavored Spare Ribs

Ingredients (3 servings)

Spare ribs 6 (600 g / 21.2 oz)
【A】 Rice wine (Sake) 1 Tbsp
Soy sauce 2 Tbsp
Sugar 1 Tbsp
Pepper Pinch
Grated ginger 1 Tbsp
S&B Sansho to taste


  1. Mix 【A】 and rub into spare ribs, then leave to sit for about 20 minutes. Preheat oven to 200℃ (390F).
  2. Cook (1) in oven for 15 minutes. Turn ribs and cook a further 5 minutes. (Cooking time varies depending on size of meat.)
  3. Sprinkle S&B Sansho over ribs generously.
