Ingredients (3 servings)
|Spare ribs||6 (600 g / 21.2 oz)|
|【A】 Rice wine (Sake)||1 Tbsp|
|Soy sauce||2 Tbsp|
|Grated ginger||1 Tbsp|
|S&B Sansho||to taste|
- Mix 【A】 and rub into spare ribs, then leave to sit for about 20 minutes. Preheat oven to 200℃ (390F).
- Cook (1) in oven for 15 minutes. Turn ribs and cook a further 5 minutes. (Cooking time varies depending on size of meat.)
- Sprinkle S&B Sansho over ribs generously.
