Sansho Flavored Spare Ribs

Directions
- Mix 【A】 and rub into spare ribs, then leave to sit for about 20 minutes. Preheat oven to 200℃ (390F).
- Cook [1] in oven for 15 minutes. Turn ribs and cook a further 5 minutes. (Cooking time varies depending on size of meat.)
- Sprinkle S&B Sansho (Japanese Pepper) over ribs generously.
