Sansho Avocado Bowl

Ingredients (2 servings)

Cooked rice for 2 bowls
Avocado 1
Lemon juice a little
Toasted seaweed to taste
S&B Sansho Pinch
【A】 Soy sauce 1 Tbsp
Sugar 1/2 Tbsp
Mirin (Sweet rice wine) 1/2 Tbsp
Sake (Rice wine) 1 tsp
S&B Sansho a little

Directions

  1. Peel avocado and remove seed. Slice avocado lengthways into 5 or 6 mm and sprinkle lemon juice.
  2. Mix 【A】 in a small saucepan and stir over heat to make sauce.
  3. Place rice in bowls, top with the seaweed torn roughly into pieces and pour a little of (2) over. Arrange avocado over and pour more sauce and sprinkle with S&B Sansho to taste.
