Ingredients (2 servings)
| Cooked rice | for 2 bowls |

| Avocado | 1 |
| Lemon juice | a little |
| Toasted seaweed | to taste |
| S&B Sansho | Pinch |
| 【A】 Soy sauce | 1 Tbsp |
| Sugar | 1/2 Tbsp |
| Mirin (Sweet rice wine) | 1/2 Tbsp |
| Sake (Rice wine) | 1 tsp |
| S&B Sansho | a little |
Directions
- Peel avocado and remove seed. Slice avocado lengthways into 5 or 6 mm and sprinkle lemon juice.
- Mix 【A】 in a small saucepan and stir over heat to make sauce.
- Place rice in bowls, top with the seaweed torn roughly into pieces and pour a little of (2) over. Arrange avocado over and pour more sauce and sprinkle with S&B Sansho to taste.
