  • Hot dog buns 4
  • Sausages 4
  • Curry flavored Guacamole
    • Avocado (peeled, pitted) 1
    • Lemon juice As needed
    • S&B Curry Powder As needed
    • Salt Pinch
  • Cheese Sauce
    • Dairy cream 100 ml
    • Cheddar cheese 200 g
  • Bacon bits Desired amount
  • Cilantro Desired amount
  • Chives Desired amount
  • Onion (roughly chopped) Desired amount
  • Jalapeño pepper Desired amount

Directions

  • Toast the hot dog buns.

  • Grill the sausages.

  • [Curry flavored Guacamole]

    • Remove the pit from the avocado and crush the flesh roughly.
    • Add the lemon juice and then add the S&B Curry Powder and a pinch of salt.
  • [Cheese Sauce]

    • Heat the dairy cream and cheddar cheese, and cook the mixture until it is smooth. (About 10 minutes)
  • Put the [Curry flavored Guacamole] on [2] and pour plenty of [Cheese Sauce] .
    Top the dish with bacon bits, cilantro, chives, chopped onions, and jalapeño pepper as desired.
    Serve with plenty of UMAMI TOPPING.
