Fresh cod | 2 slices |

Cherry tomatoes | 10 |
S&B Wasabi Paste | 2 Tbsp |
Mozzarella cheese | 80 g / 2.8 oz |
Fresh baby spinach leaves | 20 g / 0.7 oz |
Pizza crust | 1 (22cm) |
【A】 Olive oil | 1 Tbsp |
S&B Wasabi Paste | 2 tsp |
Black pepper(coarsely ground) | Pinch |
Directions
- Mix 【A】well. Cut cod into thin slices and apply 【A】both sides. Cut the tomatoes in half vertically.
- Spread wasabi over the pizza crust, arrange the cod and tomatoes on top, then cover with mozzarella cheese.
- Place in an oven pre-heated to 250℃(450F) and cook for 5 to 7 minutes, until cheese are melted.
- Remove from oven and place baby spinach leaves over.
