Salmon Tartar with Wasabi

Ingredients (2 servings)

Sashimi grade Salmon, minced 200 g / 7.1 oz
Onion, minced 2 Tbsp / 15 g / 0.5 oz
Tomato, minced 50 g / 1.8 oz
Lemon zest 1 tsp
Dill, finely chopped 1 bch
【Sauce】 Double cream or heavy cream 1 Tbsp
Soy sauce 5 tsp
S&B Wasabi Paste 1 Tbsp

Directions

  1. Combine cream, soy sauce and wasabi paste in a bowl.
  2. Add other ingredients to the bowl and mix well. Place in a refrigerator for a while.
  3. Put the mixture in a round mold and decorate on a plate. Garnish with your favorite fresh herbs.
