Directions
- Cut the ribs into small pieces. Put the ribs and S&B Yakiniku Seasoning Mix together into a thick plastic bag and massage gently to coat the ribs with seasoning mix. Marinate for approx. 5 min.
- Place the ribs in a pan and cook over low to medium heat until golden brown.
- Pour the orange juice and simmer covered over medium heat until the liquid has reduced and cooked through.
- Serve with the sliced oranges on the side if desired.
