Orange Glazed Pork Ribs

Ingredients (4 servings)

Pork spare ribs (small pieces) 500 g
Orange juice 150 ml
S&B Yakiniku Seasoning Mix 30.8g
1 package
Orange (sliced) As needed
Salad greens As needed

Directions

  1. Cut the ribs into small pieces. Put the ribs and S&B Yakiniku Seasoning Mix together into a thick plastic bag and massage gently to coat the ribs with seasoning mix. Marinate for approx. 5 min.
  2. Place the ribs in a pan and cook over low to medium heat until golden brown.
  3. Pour the orange juice and simmer covered over medium heat until the liquid has reduced and cooked through.
  4. Serve with the sliced oranges on the side if desired.
